Merrydale Manor Wedding | Hannah & Ash
Merrydale Manor was the gorgeous setting for Hannah & Ash’s Cheshire wedding. This was a wedding full of fun and entertainment, with various types of music and dancing thrown in across the day! This included: a pianist for the ceremony, a saxophonist during the reception, a jazz band, Silk Swing City, during the wedding breakfast, plus some surprise singing waiters during the meal who came as part of the evening band, Apollo Groove. That’s a lot of music! But there was more! To complete the evening entertainment, Ash’s uncles, who play in a Mauritian sega band, played several sets accompanied by some traditional Mauritian dancing courtesy of Ash’s sister and cousins.
All in all, being a Merrydale Manor wedding photographer felt like I was on a non-stop rollercoaster of fun! It really was an honour to be part of Hannah and Ash’s celebrations. It was especially unique as it was my first time photographing at what is one Cheshire’s finest wedding venues. I had the additional treat of an extra pair of eyes on the day in the form of the talented Jamie Sia, who second-shot for me and deserves a big thank you!
