Angie & Henry, Cirencester

For most brides, falling off a horse and breaking your hip shortly before your wedding and having to be on crutches for the big day would be devastating. Not so for ever-positive Angie and Henry who got married in St Mary’s Church, Fairford, followed by a marquee in the bride’s parents’ lovely garden.

This was one of my first Cirencester weddings and it didn’t disappoint - the sun shone, the champagne flowed and everyone had a thoroughly good time. The chivalrous groom carried his new wife back up the aisle to rapturous applause from the assembled guests and Angie made a glamorous entrance to the wedding breakfast, carried in on a stretcher made from oars. They even still danced the night away! I guess that on a wedding day so filled with love and fun, nothing really matters apart from celebrating in style!

Check out this selection from their wedding day!
